5 Complimentary passes included with a 10x10 booth rental, 2 extra for each additional booth space.

Electrical Requirements

One (1) regular 15 amp electrical outlet is provided for each booth space booked. Electrical requirements must be determined 30 days before the show dates. If you require additional electrical requirements, please contact the show contractor, Global Convention Services.

Booth Décor & Additional Electrical Requirements

The Exhibitor shall be responsible for the expense of the booth to be erected. All Exhibitors shall conform to the requirements established by the “Atlantic Green Show” Committee. CHBA-NB will provide one (1) 8’ back wall and two (2) 3’ side walls for each booth space.

Professional flooring is optional. The official show contractor is Global Convention Services. No other company may be used to provide the same services as the official show contractor. Chairs, tables, and flooring can be ordered directly from Global Convention Services by visiting their website http://www.globalconvention.ca. All orders must be placed no longer than 15 days prior to the show date.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a 25% administration fee and must be received no later than 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations received
after this date will NOT be eligible for a refund.
